What we collect

• — Account info: your Google email and display name when you sign in.
• — Generation prompts and outputs: the text you submit and the audio that Moodbed generates for you.
• — Usage events: which pages you visit and which actions you take (e.g. generate, like). Aggregated via PostHog.
• — Cookies: a session cookie (for sign-in) and a visitor cookie (for anonymous tracking and play-count dedup).

How we use it

• — To operate the Service: store your tracks, render your library, count plays, compute trending.
• — To detect abuse: rate limits, moderation review for reported content.
• — To improve the product: aggregate analytics on which features are used.

What we share

• — MiniMax (our music generation provider): receives your prompts to generate audio.
• — Google (sign-in only): we never share more than what OAuth provides.
• — PostHog (analytics): receives anonymized event data tied to a visitor id, not your email.
• — Cloudflare and our infrastructure providers: transit-level access to traffic; standard SaaS handling.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

• — Tracks: kept until you delete them. Deleted tracks are soft-deleted and removed from backups within 90 days.
• — Logs and analytics: 90 days.
• — Account: kept until you ask us to delete it. Email support@moodbed.com to request deletion.

Your rights

You may: - Request a copy of your data. - Delete your account and all associated tracks. - Opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies for sign-in and visitor tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
