These Terms of Use govern your use of Moodbed ("the Service"), available at moodbed.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Moodbed generates audio music based on user-provided text prompts. The Service uses MiniMax Music 2.6 and other third-party APIs to perform generation.

2. Your account

You must sign in with Google to use generation features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Credits

Each generation consumes one credit. Signup grants 50 free credits. Paid plans and top-up packs grant additional credits. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Ownership of generated audio

You own the audio you generate, subject to the rights granted to MiniMax under its terms. You may use generated audio for personal projects. Commercial use requires a paid plan.

You grant Moodbed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display public tracks you publish, solely for operating the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: - Generate content that impersonates a real person without permission. - Generate content that infringes copyright or violates applicable law. - Use the Service to generate hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or illegal content. - Probe, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Audio generation is probabilistic — results may vary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodbed and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
